A Calm, Professional Approach

We believe growth happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported.

Counselling offers a steady space for that — grounded, confidential and without pressure.

Whether working with adults, or offering counselling with Play as Therapy for children and young people, the focus is on understanding what sits underneath, not just what’s visible on the surface.

Counselling Waiting list

Counselling Waiting List

We are currently building a waiting list, with counselling sessions expected to begin in mid-March. If you would like to be contacted when appointments become available, please register your interest below.

If you choose to join the waiting list, your details will be held securely and you will be contacted when sessions open. Joining the list does not commit you to counselling, and spaces will be offered based on suitability and availability.

If you’re experiencing immediate distress, feel unsafe, or need urgent support, this waiting list is not an emergency service. Please contact your GP, NHS 111, or attend A&E in an emergency. You can also contact Samaritans on 116 123 or text SHOUT to 85258 for immediate support.

Use this form to register your interest in future counselling appointments.

Counselling sessions will open later this year. Completing this form does not commit you to therapy.

Partnerships

We’re proud to partner with ACAMHA — the African, Caribbean, Asian and Mixed Heritage Association.

Formed in 2022, ACAMHA works to educate, connect, and uplift local communities while celebrating the richness of African, Caribbean, Asian, and Mixed Heritage cultures. Together, we promote equality, diversity, equity, acceptance, and belonging through cultural events, music, education, seminars, and workshops.

This partnership reflects our shared belief in inclusive wellbeing and community empowerment.
We’re proud to be working with Myself Management, a Highland-based charity supporting people across the region.

Mike has been invited to design a series of Wellbeing Modules for use in clubs, schools, and community settings. These are being developed in collaboration with a youth focus group — ensuring the content is engaging, relevant, and shaped by the voices of young people themselves.

This project reflects our shared commitment to accessible, youth-led wellbeing resources.

We’re proud to be an active part of the Cawdor Community Centre Association — a local hub supporting connection and wellbeing across the area.

Alongside this involvement, MJO Wellbeing Services Ltd has contributed to initiatives such as Cawdor’s Way to Wellbeing, helping create safe, supportive spaces for children and families.

Community-based workshops, including Relax Kids sessions, Parenting Wellbeing Workshops and Activity Days, have supported positive mental health and strengthened local connections.

Counselling services operate independently, while remaining rooted in the community we serve.

“I Just wanted to say thank you for helping me through out the year with issues. You have inspired me to be a better person so thank you again."
