Accessibility Statement

Last updated: November 2025

MJO Wellbeing Services Ltd is committed to making our services, sessions, and website accessible to everyone.

We aim to create spaces — both online and in person — where people feel welcome, supported, and included.

1. Website Accessibility

This website has been designed with accessibility in mind.

Text is written in plain language, layouts are simple to navigate, and colours have been chosen for clear contrast and readability.

If you experience any difficulty accessing information, please let us know and we’ll do our best to provide it in another format (for example, large print or plain-text email).

2. Physical Accessibility

Our sessions take place in community venues across the Highlands. Each venue has its own accessibility arrangements, and we work closely with hosts to make adjustments wherever possible — such as step-free access, quiet spaces, or flexible session layouts.

If you or someone you care for has specific access needs, please get in touch before attending so we can plan the right support.

3. Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review our approach regularly and welcome feedback from visitors and participants to help us improve.
