Refund and Cancellation Policy

Counselling Sessions
All counselling sessions are booked in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
If MJO Wellbeing Services Ltd needs to cancel or reschedule a session, any pre-paid fees will be carried forward or refunded.
Workshops and Group Events
For parenting workshops or other group events, refunds are available up to 7 days before the start date.
After that time, refunds may only be offered in exceptional circumstances or if the space can be filled.
Online Payments
Where payment is made via invoice or online platform, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 working days of agreement.
