Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Sessions and Programmes

 

All sessions and workshops are booked in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less notice may be charged in full unless otherwise agreed.

 

If MJO Wellbeing Services Ltd must cancel or postpone a session, any pre-paid fees will be carried forward or refunded in full.

 

 

2. Group Activities and Events

 

For group bookings, community events, or workshops, refunds are available up to 7 days before the start date.

After that time, refunds may only be offered in exceptional circumstances or if the space can be filled from a waiting list.

 

 

3. Online Payments

 

Where payment is made through an online platform or invoice, refunds will be processed using the same payment method within 7 working days of agreement.
