Services
MJO Wellbeing Services Ltd provides professional counselling for adults, and counselling with Play as Therapy for children and young people.
In addition to counselling, the organisation may deliver parenting workshops and selected community wellbeing initiatives.
All services are delivered in line with current safeguarding, data protection and professional standards.

Confidentiality and Safeguarding
Client confidentiality is respected at all times, except where there is a concern about someone’s safety or where disclosure is required by law.
All work with children, young people and adults follows current safeguarding procedures. Appropriate PVG certification is held.
Payments and Cancellations
Payment terms for counselling sessions or workshops will be agreed in advance.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full unless otherwise agreed.
If MJO Wellbeing Services Ltd must cancel or reschedule, any pre-paid fees will be carried forward or refunded.
Data Protection
MJO Wellbeing Services Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, Registration No. ZB823013.
Personal information is collected and stored securely, used only for relevant administrative and therapeutic purposes, and not shared without consent unless legally required.
