Service Description
Taking the first step towards support can feel like a big decision — that’s why I offer a free, informal call to help you explore what you need and how I can help. The First Steps Call is a chance to talk things through in confidence. There’s no commitment and no pressure to book a session afterwards. It’s simply an opportunity to ask questions, share what’s been going on, and see whether therapeutic support, wellbeing coaching, or another service feels like the right fit. During the call, we’ll talk about what you’d like to focus on — for example, support for a child, parent coaching, or partnership work for a school or organisation. I’ll explain what to expect from sessions, how they’re structured, and the options available for in-person or online work. The call usually lasts around 20 minutes and can take place by phone or video. It’s a calm, conversational way to start — helping you get a sense of how I work, and helping me understand what kind of support would suit you best. Whether you decide to continue or not, you’ll leave the call with a clearer picture of the next steps available to you.
