Community Wellbeing Highlands

ACAMHA

We partner with ACAMHA to provide caring support for children, young people, and families throughout our community.

Fraser Hepburn Joinery / Oak to Bespoke

We partner with Fraser Hepburn Joinery / Oak to Bespoke to build safe, warm environments for supportive therapeutic work.

Cawdor Community Centre

I’m part of the Cawdor Community Centre Association, helping to support local families and community wellbeing.

Haventuss Port of Ardersier Community Fund

I am a panel member for the Haventus Port of Ardersier Community Fund, helping to support local projects that improve wellbeing.

Myself Management

We partner with Myself Management to provide warm, supportive wellbeing workshops for parents and carers in our community.

Cawdor Community Council

I support local voices and community wellbeing as the Secretary of Cawdor Community Council.

Community Involvement

Beyond the counselling room, I stay actively involved in the Highland community. Through roles including fund panel work, community council involvement and running workshops, I stay connected to what’s happening locally.

This keeps my work grounded in real life, not just what happens in the counselling room.
