MJO Wellbeing Services Ltd
Schools/Clubs/Organisations
Partnership working that strengthens wellbeing, confidence, and community.
Service Description
MJO Wellbeing Services partners with schools, clubs, and organisations to embed wellbeing into daily practice — supporting both pupils and staff to grow with confidence and connection. Our approach begins with collaboration: listening carefully to the needs of each setting, then designing support that complements your existing provision. This can include small-group mentoring, classroom-based wellbeing sessions, reflective practice for staff, or parent engagement workshops that strengthen home–school partnerships. Programmes are developed in line with the Health and Wellbeing curriculum and reflect the values and professional expectations set out in the GTCS Standards — promoting inclusion, emotional literacy, and resilience across the whole school community. For schools, our input can help: • Enhance pupil voice and emotional regulation • Strengthen staff wellbeing and reflective practice • Support the delivery of Curriculum for Excellence through experiential learning and relationship-based work • Bridge classroom, home, and community support We also work with clubs and organisations to promote positive relationships, communication, and mental wellbeing within their teams and members. Each partnership starts with a conversation — identifying what’s already working well, then co-creating a plan that builds capacity and consistency rather than adding extra workload. All work aligns with GIRFEC principles, supporting a shared commitment to nurture, inclusion, and sustainable wellbeing outcomes. Together, we build environments where people feel valued, supported, and ready to thrive.
